  • What is the cost of an estimate to start a project?

    An estimate is free of charge. We welcome you to reach out to us to discuss your ideas and our founder will meet with you on-site to discuss and inspect.

  • How long does a project typically take?

    Duration is directly correlated to the scope of the project. After our on-site visit we will have an idea of the timeline estimate.

  • Do you offer interior design services as well?

    Yes, we do have an in-house design team that can source & oversee all hard and softscape design for your project.

  • Are you able to provide all services from start to finish of my project or will I have to hire other vendors along the way?

    When presented with the bid & contract for your project it will outline all of our work for you. We have our own talented team that does anything from electrical to flooring, custom cabinetry to stonework.

  • Who is responsible for permits, inspections & following code?

    We pull permits for the scope of the work and facilitate all inspections. Should the scope change and not be part of our work, that permit/inspection would fall to the other party.

  • Are you able to do various styles?

    Absolutely - from modern to Victorian and everything in between, we welcome you to view our project portfolio. If you can dream it we can build it.

  • Do you only do remodels?

    Half of our projects comprise of remodels but the other half are custom built homes from the ground up.

  • Do you only do residential projects?

    Besides residential remodels & custom built homes we also do commercial build-outs.
